- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unused, and pristine condition with all protective lens films, remote controls, power adapters, user manuals, and original foam-padded packaging fully intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a projector that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Devices that show signs of mounting installation wear, scratched optical lenses, dusty internal filters due to improper environment use, or are missing original packaging components cannot be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our technical team inspects and verifies the condition of the returned devices.
